Rhonda K. Turner, Ph.D.

Dr. Rhonda Turner, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist specializing in behavioral pediatrics in our Lincoln and Fremont, NE locations. She received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and her Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dr. Turner completed her internship and postdoctoral training at the Munroe-Meyer Institute. She is a former assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Dr. Turner enjoys working with children and their family members to assess and treat: Anxiety Disorders (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Separation Anxiety, Phobias, and Social Anxiety), Early Childhood Noncompliance/Disruptive Behavior, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Academic and School Behavior Concerns, Neurodevelopmental Disorders, and Gifted Evaluations.

Dr. Turner primarily uses behavioral and cognitive-behavioral approaches to treat presenting issues and improve outcomes for children, adolescents, and families.
