We accept most all of the major insurance companies, including (but not limited to) the following:

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medica, Midland’s Choice, Molina (NE Medicaid), Nebraska Total Care (NE Medicaid), UMR, United Healthcare, and United HealthCare Community Plan (NE Medicaid).

Please note, no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted sliding fee scale available based on family size and income.
